ShipHawk introduces new suite of shipping solutions for retailers

US-based shipping solutions provider ShipHawk has introduced a new suite of intelligence solutions to cater to the dynamic needs of retailers.


The new range of solutions include free parcel-only product, and other solutions that support freight, parcel, and home delivery activities for retail businesses of varied sizes.

Retailers constantly seek solutions that help them stay afloat in the competitive market and hence they require shipping solutions which not only automate the back-end process but also help customers get better shopping experience along with the ability to assess the financial impact.

To meet these challenges, the ShipHawk Platform offers instant price comparisons in the shopping cart, customer-facing order tracking, complete back-end automation, comprehensive data and insights which aid retailers in lowering costs, improved margins, and higher conversions, the company claims.

The ShipHawk solutions will help retailers to improve buyer experience with real-time pricing at point of purchase and order tracking feature.

The solutions claimed to offer an automated shipping experience allowing rating, booking, dispatch, tracking and returns through a centralized dashboard.

ShipHawk said that the solutions will provide retailers with an insight into carrier performance and margin metrics so that they can keep a check on subsidies and costs.

ShipHawk offers solutions such as Basic, Plus, Pro and Enterprise, which are available through API and a visual dashboard.
Basic is a free product that facilitates retailers to compare, know and book the best possible parcel rate, track products and book and ship items through an automated process. The solution is designed for small retailers who undertake only parcel deliveries.

ShipHawk's Plus offers parcel as well as LTL for ecommerce retailers seeking these services. Under the Pro solution, the company claims to provides small and medium-sized retailers access to a range of carriers such as parcel, LTL, home delivery, thus providing them with a one-stop solution.

Enterprise is positioned as a comprehensive tool with customized features, real-time rating, end-to-end automation, along with distinctive data and insights that can aid in key shipping decisions.
